Our Mission
Undivided Biblical truth for today’s culture
Undivided Truth equips believers to stand firm in God’s Word and speak into the issues of our time. Through training, resources, and local and online chapters, we help Christians measure culture against Scripture and share clear, confident, and compassionate answers that point people to Jesus.
Website Guidelines
1. We report facts, not conspiracy theories or conjecture.
Our commitment is to truth. Just as Scripture calls us to “speak the truth in love” (Ephesians 4:15), we will not distort or exaggerate. We aim to provide clear, verifiable, and honest reporting that helps believers discern the times.
Supporting Scripture: “Do not spread false reports.” (Exodus 23:1)
2. We speak in love.
Every word we share must be rooted in Christ’s love. Even when addressing difficult or controversial issues, we are called to show compassion and grace, never hatred or bitterness.
Supporting Scripture: “Let all that you do be done in love.” (1 Corinthians 16:14)
“Speak the truth in love.” (Ephesians 4:15)
3. We use the Word of God as our foundation.
The Bible is our source, our guide, and our authority. We do not lean on culture, personal opinion, or shifting philosophies of man, but measure everything against the unchanging Word of God.
Supporting Scripture: “All Scripture is God-breathed and is useful for teaching, rebuking, correcting and training in righteousness.” (2 Timothy 3:16)
“Your word is a lamp to my feet and a light to my path.” (Psalm 119:105)
The Bible As Truth
"If you don't stand for something, you'll fall for anything." - Alexander Hamilton
This is why true Christians hold on to the Bible as their source and guiding light for life.
No other book in history has ever battled the scrutiny the Bible has faced. No other book has had its authorship questioned, yet it has stood the test of time for centuries.
In 167 BC, Antiochus, the Seleucid king, attempted to eradicate Jewish worship. He burned Torah scrolls and made it illegal to possess them, and anyone found keeping the Law of Moses was executed. However, the Jewish people prevailed, preserving Scripture, and the Old Testament survived intact. (cf. 1 Maccabees 1:41–59, 2 Maccabees 6–7)
Later in 303 AD, Diocletian, a Roman emperor, ordered that all copies of Christian Scriptures be burned and churches destroyed. Christians who refused to surrender their Scriptures faced imprisonment or death. Yet, within that same generation, Constantine legalized Christianity in 313 AD, and the same Bible that Rome tried to destroy was being copied and spread more than ever. Eusebius, Ecclesiastical History VIII)
In 1694-1778, Voltaire, a French philosopher, famously predicted the Bible would be obsolete within 100 years. Ironically, within a century of his death, his home was being used to store and distribute Bibles by the Geneva Bible Society.
And of course, Nazi Germany sought to replace the Bible with Mein Kampf and a “German Christianity” stripped of Jewish roots. Communist regimes like the Soviet Union, China, and North Korea banned the Bible, imprisoned Christians, and tried to eliminate Christian teaching. Despite this, underground churches thrived, and in places like China, the number of Christians grew into the tens of millions.
If the Bible wasn’t positioned to be removed verbally or physically, some tried to discredit and disprove the legitimacy of the words and accounts held within its bindings. However, history itself echoes the confirmation of some important figures and facts.
Josephus and Talmud, both non-Christians, recount eye-witness and first-hand reports of Jesus’ life. In 56-120 AD, Tacitus, a Roman senator and historian who wrote Annals, records that Pontius Pilate executed Christus (Jesus Christ) during the reign of Tiberius, and that early Christians were persecuted under Nero. (Antiquities 18.3.3, 20.9.1; Annals 15.44)
If this wasn’t enough proof, because those who don’t want to believe will continue to disprove what doesn’t fit their narrative, there are archaeological records that confirm the text. Proof like the Tel Dan Inscription in the 9th century BC confirms the “House of David.” The Pilate Stone, discovered in 1961, confirms Pontius Pilate was prefect of Judea, and found in 1990, the Caiaphas Ossuary confirms the identity of the High Priest who condemned Jesus, and, of course, the Dead Sea Scrolls, discovered in 1947, demonstrate that the Old Testament was accurately preserved over centuries.
One of the oldest attempts to discredit the Bible is the claim that it’s full of contradictions. Skeptics point to passages in the Old Testament and New Testament that appear to conflict, and they argue that this undermines the truth of the Bible. But careful study shows these are not contradictions—they’re either misunderstandings, differences in perspective, or failures to account for context.
For example, the resurrection accounts in the four Gospels. Matthew mentions one angel, while John describes two. Is this a contradiction? No. Matthew never said there was only one angel; he simply focused on the one who spoke. Just like in a courtroom, different eyewitnesses highlight different details. Together, they strengthen the case rather than weaken it.
Additionally, Ancient copies of the New Testament were handwritten. Slight variations exist, like the spelling of names or word order. However, modern scholars with access to thousands of manuscripts can identify these differences and reconstruct the original text with an accuracy of over 99%. None of these minor issues changes the truth of the Bible’s central message about Jesus Christ, the Son of God.
Some skeptics argue that the Bible contradicts itself because Christians don’t follow Old Testament dietary or ceremonial laws, but the New Testament authors make clear: Jesus Christ fulfilled the Law (Matthew 5:17). The ceremonial laws pointed forward to Christ, while God’s moral law (love God, love neighbor) continues for all time. This isn’t a contradiction; it’s fulfillment.
Some scripture appears as a contradiction until you truly dissect and study it. Verses like Proverbs 26:4 “Do not answer a fool according to his folly…” which is followed by Proverbs 26:5 says: “Answer a fool according to his folly…” At first glance, that looks contradictory. But context shows these are complementary truths: “Don’t stoop to a fool’s level” and also, “don’t let foolishness go unchallenged.” This is far from contradicting; these verses show wisdom’s nuance.
If contradictions truly broke the unity of Scripture, this wouldn’t be possible—instead, the coherence points to a divine Author behind the human writers. Yet the Bible carries one consistent message: God’s plan of redemption through His Son, Jesus Christ. Written by over 40 biblical authors, across 1,500 years, in three languages, and from different places, but still echoes the same theme.
Finally, the most prominent skeptics state that certain events “never happened”; however, they discredit the idea that certain events did happen. Events such as the existence of the Hittites. For centuries, critics said the Hittites mentioned in the Old Testament never existed. No record outside the Bible seemed to confirm them. Then in the 20th century, archaeologists uncovered the ruins of the Hittite empire in modern-day Turkey. The Bible was right all along.
Additionally, critics once claimed the biblical story of Jericho’s destruction was a myth.
Excavations revealed that the city was indeed destroyed in a sudden collapse, with burned remains. Debate remains over exact dating, but evidence shows Jericho fell violently, just as the Bible describes.
And it was the discovery of the Tel Dan Inscription in 1993 that brought conclusive evidence that King David actually did exist and wasn’t a legendary figure invented to glorify Israel’s history. What did this inscription on a 9th-century BC stone reference? “House Of David”.
Of course, there’s still debate over: The Exodus: Israel’s journey out of Egypt, Noah’s Flood: scholars disagree on whether the flood was global or regional, and The Census under Quirinius in Luke 2: Historical records are complex and open to interpretation. But Science itself is constantly evolving. For thousands of years, people didn’t know about microbes, galaxies, or DNA. The lack of current data doesn’t disprove Scripture; it simply means we have not yet uncovered what God has already revealed.
For over two thousand years, enemies of the Bible have tried to destroy it, discredit it, or dismiss it as myth. Empires outlawed it, philosophers mocked it, skeptics challenged it, and critics declared it obsolete. Yet every attempt has failed.
Time and again, archaeology uncovers what was once doubted, history confirms what was once denied, and the message of Scripture continues to transform lives across every culture.
The Bible has endured more scrutiny, more opposition, and more attempts at suppression than any other book in human history—and still it stands. Not because of human effort, but because it is the Word of God.
But here is the greater truth: evidence alone cannot save. The Bible tells us plainly—“For by grace you have been saved through faith” (Ephesians 2:8). The first step for any Christian is believing in Jesus Christ, the Son of God, who died and rose again for our salvation. The second step is trusting that the Word of God truly is His Word, given to us as a lamp for our feet and a light for our path (Psalm 119:105).
Yes, we have archaeology, history, manuscripts, and eyewitness testimony. Yes, we can show the Bible’s coherence across centuries. But ultimately, we walk by faith, not by sight (2 Corinthians 5:7). It takes faith to believe His Word, and that faith is the gift of God.
At Undivided Truth, we will always use Scripture as our plumb line. We will show ourselves approved, read it, know it, and use it as the foundation of every answer in today’s culture. Because if God’s Word is true—and it is—then everything else must be measured against it.
